We can help you to determine the correct solution, advise on where to purchase and even make the purchase on your behalf.
PENNInk Productions offers a monitoring service that includes 15 minutes of remote monitoring support per day. If a problem is found or more time is needed, we request your approval for remote or on-site support. The service includes checking the backup logs, event logs and the standard proactive support checklist.
PENNInk Productions offers the option of a Service Level Agreement to allow access to specified service level response times. We also include automated monitoring services if monitoring services are purchased or a weekly on-site visit is scheduled.
