We’re really excited to introduce two brand new offerings for 2016: Care Plans and Service Plans.
Each one is designed to do something different and cater to a specific need. Here’s the low-down on what they are and what they do.
Care Plans
We created a range of website Care Plans to tackle the problem of software updates, backups, and security. We already have a sizeable number of client websites, which we’ve designed, built, and nurtured in our system, taking away the stress of managing the software and security from the business owners and allowing them to focus on what they do best.
Care Plans include a Budget plan for those with minimal requirements, which also covers up to 6 content updates a year and includes hosting in a UK data centre. Higher level plans throw in consulting time, more content updates, and built-in video tutorials in the WordPress Dashboard.
Service Plans
For those with needs extending beyond the Care Plans, we developed the Service Plans and Monthly Retainer. These are designed to address the need for a wide variety of consulting services, which include adding extra functionality to your website, training, strategy, design – the list is quite comprehensive and goes way beyond what is included in a Care Plan.
Service Plans are available in pre-purchased TimeBlocks of 10, 20, or 30 hours, valid for a whole year, and priced at a significant discount.
For those with ongoing needs, for which a Service Plan wouldn’t be appropriate, a Monthly Retainer allocates a dedicated resource on a regular basis for a specific number of hours.
